At RDYCI, safety at the workplace is a way of life. CEO, Robert D. Young, has over 40 years experience in this industry. He is committed that our employees return home safely to their families at the end of each workday.

We have our own safety director, Earl Adams, that has the training and experience in safety training and OSHA Standards. He uses this knowledge to not only monitor our job sites but to ensure all employees are trained and work safely.

We are very proud of our safety practices and commitment to an injury-free workplace. Everyone here at RDYCI has been committed to our goal of zero injuries. RDYCI is additionally a participant of CCS, Coalition for Construction Safety.

Our Safety Program

• RDYCI’s efforts have resulted in an Experience Modification Rate that has decreased in the past several years.
